
At each booking there will be a ’Rules of Play’ board that’s displayed for all to see, on this board outlines what is expected of it’s intended users.
• Shoes OFF, Socks ON
• NO food, drink, pets or sharp objects
• NO face paint, slime, glitter, pens, pencils, confetti
• Adult supervision at ALL TIMES
• Children ONLY
Failure to comply with these rules and our equipment not being in a satisfactory condition upon collection may result in you losing half or all your deposit.

Our outdoor booking season is between the months of April - 1st week of September. This is weather permitting as we know how terribly unpredictable the UK weather can be.
We will not set up outdoors if it has been raining the night before, if it’s raining at the time of booking, if the ground is uneven/sharp objects (stones etc), or if animal faeces are within the area of set up.
We also will not set up in wind speeds above 24mph as per HSE safety guidelines.
Please ensure that a plan B has been thought of to make sure that your child’s party still goes ahead. We hate to be party poopers but we only have the safety of your child, you and your guests in mind. Failure to have a plan B will mean any deposit and full payment will be held for 12 months as we do not issue refunds for wet weather or unsafe circumstances.

Our selfie pod is a brilliant addition to any of your packages, you’ll be surprised at how many people love the pod!
Our pod provides only digital copies of your wonderful photos, which will then be downloaded and uploaded to Google Docs to then be sent over to the client within 24/48 hours of collection.
We require a terms and conditions form filled out before hire, which will state that any props that go missing or get broken will be deducted from your damage deposit to buy new props. It will also ask if you‘d like to opt out of your pictures being used for promotional purposes.
