Our equipment age ranges are as followed:
Soft Play - 0-5 years old.
Bouncy Castle and Balloon Dome - 3-10 years old.
Selfie Pod - All ages.
Yes, we require a £100 REFUNDABLE damage deposit. This is only refunded upon the assumption that our equipment is in a satisfactory condition upon collection.
The deposit payment can be taken in TWO instalments of £50 and then the outstanding balance a week before your event.
Failure to follow our terms and conditions as well as our “Rules of Play” boards that are displayed with every set up may result in losing half or all of your deposit.
Deposits are refunded up to 48 hours after event has finished.
Yes! We offer delivery and set up services for you at your chosen venue. Delivery fee is to be discussed at the time of booking.
Absolutely! We clean our equipment after every use (including the balls).
Only using child friendly antibacterial products to ensure all the equipment is safe and clean for the children to enjoy.
Yes, but only between the months of April to the 1st week of September. This is also weather permitting as the UK weather is terribly unpredictable so please always have a plan B in place in case of wet weather.
We do not offer refunds for wet weather, instead we will hold your deposit or full payment and offer you another date or a credit voucher to be used within 12 months of booking. Please note that vouchers are non transferable and must be used by the original booking party.
If you choose to cancel your booking, then please note that your damage deposit and any full payment would be non refundable.
Once full payment has been made (within 7 days before your event), no refunds will be issued. However we are happy to offer a date change (subject to availability) or a credit voucher which is to be used within 12 months of original booking date and are non transferable to anybody but the original booking party.
We are based in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. We cover all of Hertfordshire, parts of Essex and Enfield.
Please note that if you are within the ULEZ zone there will be a fee added to your booking to pay for the ULEZ charge, this will come under “delivery fee”.
Yes, we require parking outside of the venue/home to offload and reload our equipment due to it‘s heavy nature and the amount we have to carry.
Failure to have adequate parking will result in cancellation of booking and no refund of deposit/full payment.
We will not park anywhere that may result in us getting a fine, as you will be liable to pay for it.
Please when enquiring make sure that your chosen venue is ground floor, or has back gated access.
Our equipment is heavy, and there is a lot of it. We will not put our health at risk to carry heavy items up stairs or through clients homes where damages may occur.
We are not liable for any damages that may occur and this is written within our terms and conditions that you will sign before booking with us.
Yes! We pride ourselves on being legitimate, we make sure that we are fully insured and our equipment has been tested to ensure that it is all safe for your children to use.
